A humorous and heartfelt journey of a gym-obsessed bodybuilder (Jesse) struggling to recover from a broken heart. In an attempt to lift his spirits, his best mate (Blake) hatches an unconventional plan – a threesome, prompting Jesse to question the motives of his training partner. The film explores themes of vulnerability, camaraderie, and self-discovery, all while maintaining a playful and comedic tone.

Bodybuilding is all about dedication, hard work and resilience. It's so serious all the time. Why? So we can look good in the mirror of course.
There are lots of ironic and humorous aspects of gym culture, as long as we are willing to laugh at ourselves.
