Director Statement
My intention with this movie is to explore people's different relationships with ghosts and what haunts them versus what fascinates them. I believe ghosts and spirits have always been a part of human imagination and culture, representing something beyond our physical reality. In this film, I use C. H. Hinton's "What is the Fourth Dimension?" to explore a possible reason for the existence of ghosts.

My inspiration for this film comes from a variety of sources, from video games like Phasmophobia, ghost-hunting reality TV, interviews with people who claim to have relationships with ghosts to standard horror series like Penny Dreadful and The Haunting of Hill House, and of course, Alan Moore's From Hell, particularly the chapter "What is the Fourth Dimension?" where Moore draws a supernatural ghostly connection with Hinton's text.

As a filmmaker, I am interested in creating a surreal and atmospheric world where the audience can immerse themselves in different characters' experiences with the supernatural. I want to capture the tension, fear, and mystery that come with exploring the unknown and the unseen. By blending different genres and storytelling techniques, I hope to create a unique cinematic experience that challenges the audience's expectations and perceptions of what a ghost story can be.
