Get to know the filmmaker:

1. What motivated you to make this film? Tony and I wanted to make a short film, and had a long pitch session over dinner. We settled on this idea, as it was different, fun and had a lot of relevancy to people's lives.

2. From the idea to the finished product, how long did it take for you to make this film? Assuming we start at the pitch session, approximately 5 months. We had the film remastered and re-graded, counting those 7 months.

3. How would you describe your film in two words!? Cheap Hitman.

4. What was the biggest obstacle you faced in completing this film? We had some disagreements with the sound mixers on the second go. As we were a short film, it was difficult getting priority compared to other projects.

5. What were your initial reactions when watching the audience talking about your film in the feedback video? I was floored... "They get it". It was an amazing feeling that people connected to and enjoyed the film.

6. When did you realize that you wanted to make films? About 10 years ago I started doing 48 hour film competitions with my friends, which lead me to film school and then this.

7. What film have you seen the most in your life? It's a toss up between Fight Club and A Clockwork Orange, both of which I have seen many times.

8. What other elements of the festival experience can we and other festivals implement to satisfy you and help you further your filmmaking career?

9. You submitted to the festival via FilmFreeway. How has your experiences been working on the festival platform site? It was smooth and easy.

10. What is your favorite meal? My Mom's casserole.

11. What is next for you? A new film? We are currently wrapping production on a Sci-fiction Short entitled Time To Go
