In Guadalajara, 1909, Carmen, an archaeologist, returns to investigate pre-Hispanic findings sent for the Independence Day anniversary. Amid political turmoil, she is tasked with restoring certain idols and objects, rumored to be cursed. Accompanied by Leonor, the housekeeper, Carmen explores the monumental house in search of answers. A grotesque specter, composed of human limbs, lurks in the shadows as Carmen discovers a special pre-Hispanic idol. The house becomes a terrifying stage where Carmen must decipher the mystery and survive this nightmare.
