"The Unravelling" follows Beth Carter, a young American woman who inherits a lighthouse on the remote Irish island of Inishenbarr. As she settles into island life, Beth begins experiencing visions of the past, specifically of her ancestors Brigid and Llewellyn, star-crossed lovers whose story ended in tragedy in 1841. With the help of her great-great-grandmother Old Mary, Beth discovers the island is cursed by restless souls, the Sluagh, who caused Llewellyn's murder. Beth must confront these supernatural forces to break the curse and save her ancestors, ultimately embracing her identity and finding love in the process.
